The magic of FOPAS strikes again! Talk about a transformation. Agnes was none too happy to arrive as a Parkville stray. What happened to her family? Not planning to stick around, our girl was a little standoffish. When no one swooped in to claim her, Agnes decided to show her true colors. She has blossomed with the TLC from our amazing volunteers, going from "Leave me alone" to "Did you say WALK?" in record time. We’re so proud of her!
Agnes appears to be a Heeler mix, born approximately 2020. She is friendly, enjoys long walks, and if you break out the hose, she’ll have you laughing (and soaked) in no time. In a shelter environment, Agnes does not like other dogs. She is people and food motivated, always up for a walk and a new adventure!

FOPAS is primarily run by volunteers who are passionate about animal welfare and are dedicated to our animals for their entire lives. As such, we screen all potential adopters and strive to match each adopter with the perfect fit for their lifestyle and activity level.
All adopters must live within a 4 hour drive of Parkville, Missouri.
