About the event
Friends of Parkville Animal Shelter is hosting its first annual "PAWS for Celebration" gala to raise money and awareness for its services in the community.
It will be held at the VIP Event Space in downtown Parkville (160 S Main Street) on October 11, 2025, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Enjoy appetizers, a cash bar, live music by musician Nathan Corsi, and a magical performance from our very own local magician Todd Lamanske!
It's bound to be an entertaining evening- full of memorable moments, fun, and laughter!
Dress is semi-formal and tickets are $100 (or $125 at the door if not sold out prior to the event).
Businesses and individuals may reserve a table by buying 8 tickets for $800. Each table seats up to 8 people.
If you buy less than 8 tickets, we will do everything we can to ensure your group can sit together at the event.
Doors will open 15 minutes before the event starts at 7:00 pm.
Adopt a Room/Kennel
PAWS for Celebration is offering a special opportunity to "adopt" a cat room or dog kennel at the shelter. Adoption durations range from 1 month to 1 year.
Your room or kennel "adoption" will help cover:
Food
Food Dishes
Litter
Medical Care
Spay/Neuter
Cleaning Supplies
Paper Towels
And More.
When you adopt a room or kennel, you will have a certificate displayed at the shelter for the duration of your adoption. You also have the option to adopt in memory or in honor of up to 2 loved ones.
Plus if you sign up to adopt a dog kennel or cat room now, you will receive a copy of your certificate at the event and your name will be displayed on our "Thank you" board!

Can't decide between a cat room or dog kennel? No problem! We can make a more generic certificate for you that shows your love for the shelter.
