Donate Funds

FOPAS is a 501 (C3) organization, so all donations are tax-deductible. Last year the shelter spent over $60,000 in vet bills to care for our animals. Our total operations cost for 2007 was $148,526. These funds came from donations and fundraising efforts by dedicated volunteers and concerned citizens.

If you are unable to donate financially, the shelter is always in need of supplies.

cotton balls, q-tips, hand sanitizer, cardboard soda flats
Medications: Advantage/Frontline/Revolution, syringes-1cc and 3cc, nebulizer, L-Lysine 500mg tablets, antibiotics,
dewormers, eye medications, ear medications etc.
Office Supplies: large dry erase boards pens, sharpies, wet erase and dry erase markers, stamps, scotch tape, etc.

FOSTER HOMES NEEDED FOR KITTENS AND CATS!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED- Cat cleaners needed who can commit to 1 day a week (usually 1-2 hours) training
done by appointment only.

DOG CARE
Nutro brand dog food
Crunchy dog treats (no rawhides please).
6 foot leashes, choke chains (M-XL), collars (all sizes),
Medications: Heartworm prevention (all sizes, M-L most common), dewormers, flea/tick preventative
Sturdy dog toys-Kongs/balls/Squeaky
Collapsing wire dog crates (M-L size)
Dog beds-Kuranda dog beds, old sheets, towels, bedding material for kennels etc.
FOSTER HOMES NEEDED FOR PUPPIES AND DOGS!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED- Dog Walking Training every 2nd and 4th Wed. at 6:30 pm, Children 16 and younger
must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and must be 12 years old to walk a dog.

CAPITAL CAMPAIGN DONATIONS TO HELP US BUILD OUR NEW SHELTER: We are currently looking to expand our shelter and get a real building, so we will be needing office furniture, chairs,working applicances, office supplies, space heaters, large industrial fans, 6 foot chain link fencing, portable tables/chairs, fax machine, computer, and much more!
