Dear Poser:  Thanks for, ahem, posing such a good question!  Actually I took a break from the shelter to enjoy an afternoon with a FOPAS volunteer.  She cannot foster me full-time or adopt me because she has CATS.  Ugh.  But, they were tucked safely away and I enjoyed an afternoon of TV, lounging around the house, and lots of belly rubs! Oh and I promise, I only had two chicken treats.  Still trying to keep my cute figure, you know.

Here's a glimpse of my cuddly, fun afternoon.  (Who knew I am such a ham and love to get my picture taken?  LOL) I encourage regular FOPAS volunteers who know us, and who cannot foster full-time, to consider taking residents out for an afternoon - whether for a ride to Sonic (right, Auggie?), running errands (right, Dixie?), a day at the office (right, Posie?) or a day in your home.  Aahhhh, it's aallll goooood.
