It was a Great Party!

Last week's Bunko Party hosted by the Riss Lake Ladies of the Lake and Wines By Jennifer was a hit with SOLD OUT attendance and $1521.00 in proceeds going to our capital campaign to build a new shelter!  The dice rolled faster than you could ever imagine as 'seasoned' and beginning players were challenged to see who could win the most number of BUNKOs' or who rolled the most wins or who even ended the night as a Loser!  There were no real losers as fabulous prizes abound for everyone that participated.  The Riss Lake Ladies announced at the event that they have surpassed their goal of raising $10,000 for the capital campaign!  Congratulations and Thank you to the Ladies of the Lake.  Stay tuned for the final totals at the end of the month.

The night was perfect as Jennifer and Don Stanton of Wines By Jennifer poured a selection of wines and prepared a beautiful arrangement of delicious appetizers served out in the tented wine garden. A beautiful garden with a flowing fountain, cafe tables, flowers and prized fruit trees, made you feel like you were somewhere off in a quaint little village or in a historic little town that is Parkville.
